The purpose of the intake session is for the therapist and you to create the most whole and accurate picture of you as possible to help inform the therapeutic process. This first intake session will be mostly information gathering so your therapist can get the biggest view of you as possible, that way they can pinpoint how to move forward and help you find what works for you.

In your therapy session, which the two of you will schedule following the intake session, you can describe your current situation, and your feelings about it, and then your therapist will use their expertise to assist you.

Your provider may recommend one or more additional services during your visit. For additional pricing and payment during your visit, please see separate service listing on Sibi Health or ask your provider.
